Based in Sydney, Australia, Oliver developed a passion for sound and music at a very young age. At 10 he volunteered his technical skills at the local theatre company and continued to grow and develop in sound and stage management throughout high school. In music, Oliver learnt to play the piano and later drums in primary school and combined both into orchestral percussion in high school. He played with the Lane Cove and Sydney Youth Orchestras in late high school and through his tertiary studies.

Upon completion of his schooling, Oliver commenced a Bachelor of Screen Arts at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) in 2015 and started working for Loud and Clear Audio as an Audio Engineer and the Sydney Conservatorium of Music as an AV Technician, both where he continues to work today.

Graduating in 2017 with over 50 film credits and 25 theatre credits in various sound departments. Oliver continues to enjoy his balance of film, theatrical and technical work along with other creative endeavours through his creative business Fotolly.
